Does my tank livestock?

Given what was posted, I'm calculating that you have 27+ lbs of fish in your tank and that you are hitting 200+ ppm in nitrates. (That's assuming you aren't starving the fish, that you have no alternate nitrate removal, and that you are doing a 80% WC every 3 weeks.) I can see random fish deaths. IMO, the store misquoted the water quality, didn't test for nitrates, or was given water right after a large WC.

Even if you have some alternative way to reduce nitrates (in the sump?), that is far too large a bio load for that tank. And most of the fish are still growing.

+1 to some of the comments but IMO/IME I would try putting another FX5 that will help with ur bioload, agree with letting go of some of ur BP. And I would go to weekly water changes versus super large water changes every 3 weeks makes all ur parameters go out of whack. After all that's said an done u should be fine I've seen people keep that amout of BP in a 125g with no problems but because they have over filtration and religious weekly water changes. So it's up to u.

I forgot but they said water is ok, but I think i will get rid of some BP

Fine from an LFS employee doesn't always mean much. Back in the days where I'd take water to an LFS to get tested (when I first started the hobby), they said my water was great and it was showing 80ppm of nitrates. Fish stores only seem to say there's something wrong if there's ammonia or nitrite. Just some words of advice but it would be wise to invest in a liquid test kit, API is a good brand.

It's called a pleco- it's gonna grow a lot more- and those two silvers are gonna gain another foot or so in length so it won't look so empty later on. I mean or you could just up your water change and filtration game? Or maybe add some nice driftwood and hard scape to fill up space.

I do have real big bag of ceramic, carbon and a lot of bio ball in the sump, and I think the gph of the pump is over 1000gph and I have the 3 filter pad 25 mcr,I do the cleaning of the filter of the sump every week
In the FX5 and 406 I do have full tray of nitrate remove and one big UV light
May be all that keep my water good and no smell
I do WC about 40% every 3 week
So could you tell me what else I can do besides add more filter because I have no space in the stand

Do water changes weekly about 50% and see if that helps
