Next time I'll come across a misshaped fish that needed a rescue from a tank not much bigger than itself, I'll probably remember this story and relive these heartbreaking pictures in my head, granted fish are not dogs, but still there is a significant similarity:

That is awful, pisses me off just reading it. I guess if you think about it it can be the same for some fish. Thanks for sharing

Pisses me off too,it's amazing how cruel some people can be.There are so many options available to a person who doesn't want their pet....the poor dog looks like an otter.Whoever it is who's responsible for that needs to be treated the exact same way.

I couldn't agree more. I'm surprised he's still walking. Looks like he's probably very hungry too. Poor guy.
