As someone who uses google translate a lot of translating stuff from English to Chinese and back, i can tell you when it comes to technicall stuff some info gets lost in translation, especially with large walls of text...

tri -lingal
Can speak English Cantonese and mandarins fluently.
I always get her to translate fish videos from Asia.
It does her head in. As the videos are quite long

Hi Alan.

Don't think she can translate Thai.. haha as most of albino rays are in Thailand.

She doesn't know much Thai apart from basic very basic stuff to get around town.

I do that to my wife with Mandarin, i can speak Cantonese fluently so no problems there, but Mandarin does my head in... especially trying to read simplified Chinese...
