Any friends or family ever caused a fish death?

I had gotten all my fishing gear ready to go fishing, but got an unexpected visit from my cousin and his kids. So I canceled and kept company. Later after they left I went to feed my baby silver aro and it's mouth was ripped on the side. A hook was out of the pack. Smh I wanted to hook my little nephews with that hook so bad. The aro stopped eating and died 3 days after.

Wife and daughter wiped out my salt tank, it was setup and running with fish for all about a week when I had to work a dbl my daughter woke up my wife and helped her feed my fish, they dumped in the whole can of food my wife just figured they were like dogs. well I got home next am and all my fish were dead so I had to start the 3 month process over again

I have no idea why this is.

Alot of children have the disposition of a drunk adult and have similar impulses. For this reason, food is kept away or far back in the cabinet, in the event of drunk visitors, children or heaven forbid somebody's drunk children haha.

Not sure if this qualifies, I forgot to remove magnet cleaner from tank. Came home to hazed glass scratched all the way from "end to end" and a smooshed banjo catfish(he survived somehow) still pinned into the sand. Scratched tank equally upsetting as loosing fish for me.

Went to North Carolina for a week and had my bro n law feed my fish. Well came home after vac. and you all know what happened! DEAD fish! That was the last time I asked anyone to feed or watch my fish while I'm on vacation. That was 10 yrs ago.
 
In the process of moving - my mother let the oil run out in my house in JANUARY. I came home to a 150 g tank that was 40 degrees. Lost everything except for my JD pair - and they ended up becoming fish jerky when they bailed out of a 20 in the middle of the night.
