I have a 100gal tiger oscar tank(2 tigers, 1 convict), I own 6 ball pythons: 2 normals(pets), a baby fire, baby epic, baby epic spider, adult citrus pastel, then 4 breeders on loan(surprise morphs from a friend, waiting for good weather to ship), a 130gal(3 turtles), a dog, THEN a husband, 1 19mo old son, and another son on the way... Lots of pets and people in our house!

I dont think one can relate fish keeping to snakekeeping. When you are feeding your pet mammals as feeders, you've crossed a line that Im not comfortable with. Other reptiles that eat insects, fruits, veggies or eggs are closer to fish as pets. Imho of course.

I used to have a banded gecko, he was awesome. Been a while since I've kept reptiles or anything, though I've been eyeing up the tarantulas etc in my local reptile/fish shop :)

fair enough. I only feed my snakes frozen mice/rats. I would never do live feeding. I do feel bad for the mice/rats sometimes lol
