Sorry for the delay on pics, the weekend got away from me. Hope these make up for it? Let me know if you have any more questions! My set up certainly isn't perfect but its working well for me so far.

Btw, the black hose is the CO2 line, it goes in right under where the rubber band is at.

Oh don't worry about it, the sketch and everything was guide enough. So you're using this with a rena Filstar? Do you know what the ID is on the hose?

I ordered everything already but now I'm thinking I ordered the wrong sizes for the fx5 hose. It's 1" ID but for my spraybar I built I used 3/4" PVC and it fit snuggly on there with no leaks or issues so hopefully it'll work out.

Everything should be here by Wednesday or Thursday and I'll start getting to work. Thanks for all the help.

Yeah, I'm using the XP4. If I remember correctly the ID is 1/2". I had to heat it and stretch it over the 3/4" barbs. I did buy some extra hose as well, I think that was 5/8".

Wahhh. I'm an idiot and should have put two and two together and realized I would need 1" barbs. I'm going to see if it'll be easier for me to just get smaller hosing and deal with the reduced flow or try to use hose clamps to make my hosing work. Or just get bigger pieces and only bring it down to 1" instead of 3/4".

Well finally got everything and made it! Went with the 1" barbs to fit my hose. Also made a slight change, instead of the end cap I ended up using a female adapter slip to threaded and a threaded plug at the end so I could easily get into the reactor if need be.

Looks great! Smart idea to put a screw on cap for access. Eventually, every piece of equipment needs to be cleaned out..
