RTG arowana...Then/Now

Thanks!! If you can believe mainly smelts,shrimp and frozen assorted seafood. When it was small it was floating sticks and once I put it into the 520 gallon I stopped feeding floating due to the overflows. I am glad I changed the food because I seen what a pellet trained arowana combined with neglect looks like and they look like crap.WOW that's a stunning fish , great job his colours are amazing :thumbup:what's his diet consist of ?

If that's what pellet feeding and neglect does then I guess whole foods and good fish keeping is the recipe for flawless looking aros. I am quite proud of my RTG and it will continue to live a long life with me. One thing I know it's better to acquire small
Beautiful aros, you should be proud of the outstanding job you've done raising it. I just read the whole thread. It's interesting you started it on pellets and then switched back to frozen. Did you really notice that much of a difference?
