Can u see 5 pores in the jaw of the aus? I see 4 evenly spaced out ones. There's one that could be 5 but out of place a bit.

It is out of place took me a couple if long stares to find it. I'll take a look again and let you know where. And I agree the little one is a lac from that jaw shot. But it does bend at the end on one side. Could just be the specimen. Or he took it at and angle making a side look straight or so etching. Idk.

Ok, it is up right above the jaw flap in the green colored area of the jaw look closely, and then the 4 on the white part that are clear.

The bottom one's a lacerdae??? I agree with the top one being a Australis, but the bottom one... Doesn't look lacerdae to me... Morphologically just doesn't look right IMO

I bumped the other thread that felipe was on but for some reason everyone keeps responding to this one felipe said mala, aus and lac is what they are. I have no idea but thats what he says. Its page 11 on the other thread

Picture 1 is mala and picture 2 is australis. Felipe explained australis looking inbetween the two and that's what it look like. It never touches like mala but shares a similar shape. Maybe as they grow it then becomes parallel. The last one is quite obvious of being lac to me, it's parallel and the first is mala. Only mala touches like that from my understanding, furthermore not being parallel and converging instead.

Yeah I read that thread actually a year earlier and recently before this whole fiasco and didn't think of bumping it didn't think anyone would want to read through that thread as many times as I had lol. To be honest people often use jaw shape and pores and stuff but honestly morphologically wise there's some of those traits that many people are ignoring. Tbh this whole wolf IDing thing is fugazi to me I'm confused
