Thoughts on Fancy Goldfish

Very hard to find a dog breed that isnt altered. Been going on for hundreds if not thousands of years...i dont see the difference with fish.

I loved my bulldog but they were breedded for specific traits and others were breeded out

Lol now you're dreaming. Just because people came to the defense of them does not mean they like them. You couldn't pay me to keep them, especially the bubble eye ones being brought to attention. however im accepting of each person's personal taste, no matter how silly I find it to be.

Jaws was a joke. I don't feel like taking on hordes of people like im leonidas surrounded by the immortals. Maybe tomorrow

To be honest i dont hate any fish (besides sd's) just hate when the fish are hated or touted as being "better" than others.

Loke we are supposed to purchase based on what someone else like or dislikes

And that's an excellent point. What other fish can you say,
It won't fight, it won't hide, 99% of the time they're forgiving with water quality, and will not be picky at feeding time? Sounds more like a wild native to me that'll give you all those troubles.

I won't argue. Though please people, if you are going to join me in chubby wet pet fun, give them the best water you can and the best food you can afford.
 
I'm super stoked that this thread might spread fancy goldfish knowledge! They are like warm blankets put on your tender tootsies and a cup of hot coco and a Three's Company marathon on the tube.

Lol, definitely:) but I will say unfortunately ime, that's what I've seen don't get me wrong, I've seen plenty of other kind of fish live under the same conditions, not like goldfish though.
