My Creamsicle Update

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The pair is in a real crappy Tank with poor lighting, I will be in my new place soon and they will be in there perm home.

What's interesting is that out of the 40 grow out offspring of this pair is that they all seem to have inherent the females solid orange genes. Can anyone give me a little info on midas genetics in regards to their color?

prob gonna need to breed one of the fry back with him to get awesome colours again, i would imagine its similar to the ebjd in that sense!-)

prob the nicest amph colours ive seen, gonna be a beast when he grows for sure.

That sounds right as the fry could be carrying the gene?
Problem is I would never separate them now as they are truly bonded. Such a nice bond they have. Maybe I could get a female creamsicle and breed with his offspring

or breed the offspring together!-)

Thanks! So I am noticing now that there I'd quite a few that are becoming orange with white blotching :) almost like the orange is starting to fade. Very cool!
