Nigerian Or Koliba Lap?

Hey everybody! Long time no post something here
I just want to ask one question; is that nigerian lapradei or koliba lapradei? My friend want to sell this in biggest polypterus forum in my country but he labeled this as koliba. Is he right? This lapradei size is 20cm. Btw sorry for bad quality photo because he only gave me one pic. Thanks

Patterns and such can vary greatly, but doesn't look anything like my Nigerian lap, I feel koliba as get those striped going vertical more, I say koliba though I'm no expert.
