Came home to my divider down. First thought was the bass would be all murdered. Well i guess not yet .
And Also First official thread since Mfk was down. So why not show off my bass
Not the best photos but I was blown away on how there fine. Only thing there scared of is the pacu. just by his movements

For how big the dovii is, he can easily eat the 2 smaller bass. the ipatinga and maybe the xingu. he hasnt touched the jurense i have in there. same with the 8" polys

I didn't even realize you kept cichla. Very good looking fish and tank. What size tank is it? Planning on putting the divider back up?

8x2x2 240g. I might just leave it. But the dovii got taste of jurense so idk. the bass seem to be doing fine so will see

So far he is only picking the jurense. He literally had him half way down his mouth. so I got in time to save. He will not enter back to the tank. Seems the jurense didnt seem fit enough to be in the tank. i guess how he swam around. acted like he was sick. hovered in corners and somtimes at the surface.
