Temps to best keep Bass at!

Whot temps are you guys keeping your Bass at? mine was at 28c but had to drop to try and stop the bigger kelberi being so aggressive to other 3 kels! its running at 24c know!

Will this temp be ok and will they still pair up and breed at this Temp! Have noticed colour is"nt quite as colourful at this temp!

yes, that will be fine, but I hope you did not shock your fish with this rapid temperature change

How big are your cichla?

I always keep my smaller bass, say under 6-8" in water around 85 Degrees. Once they get bigger than that I will drop it down to about 80. I have had great luck breeding my bass in these temps.

X2 size matters. My big bass have been in 76-78f for years, but they're 18" +inches

Yes my temps down to 74 f in the tank! They still fight but not as bad as when higher temps!
