The difference between a 300 gal, and 200 gal is significant.
I have seen fish kill each other in 150-200 gal tanks, that live very quite comfortably together, or at least maintain a sense of "detente" in 300-350 gal tanks.
There is something about that extra space that makes huge difference.
If all put together when young, at the same time, without any stock changes along the way, you can try....maybe you will be an exception to the norm.

So would a 6ft x 3ft x 2ft be okay for the mix of those mentioned cichlids ?

I don't think there is a definitive "yes" or "no" to this question.
If the fish grow up together, set up a hierarchy, and you don't add or subtract stock along the way, maybe.
But cichlids are a highly evolved group, with different personalities (I know a bit too anthropomorphic).
The first thing I do when entering my fishroom, is check for dead bodies, its just the way it is.

Yea I get what you mean, I've lost a few fish in the past to aggression but ATM I've got an Oscar, jack Dempsey, black diamond (parra tilapia polleni), green terror and some unknown thing which I'm pretty sure is a trimac hybrid thing in a 6x2x2ft and they're all pretty good haha sounds crazy but I've been lucky with it like it seems to work surprisingly like there is aggression amongst some for sure but they manage well! I'm just guessing whatever I do it will just have to be trial and error but being cichlids probably a lot of error haha thanks so much for the help though !

it still can be hit or miss. I have a mix of Pbass , mayan cichlid , Parachromis Loiselle , Midevil , Jaguar and Jack dempsey in a 8 foot tank and it is peacefull.....but once in a while , it needs some intervention from me to keep things cool
