Great looking fish. You said you had 30 of them growing out did you by them from a breeder. They are not that common here in Alberta took us a long time to find a breeding pair. Ours breed quite often now best of luck with yours. One more thing the males can be a little rough on the females.

I got mine from a friend who had a really nice pair. The aggression can be an issue...but I either have them in large tanks by themselves, divided or with a single male and group of females to spread the aggression. Thanks.

Bill...I have a surprising number of males to females. Maybe twelve females an fifteen males. Couple too small to say.
