It means nothing to the innocent lives that are lost...just another lib term that they've come up with so as not to offend a certain group,kind of like "undocumented worker".

I guess they mean, it could be a grievance shooting, it's just too early to say.
 
I'm disgusted, any further comment will go against the TOS.
 
Why would marines not be armed is my question? if I understand correctly they are not?? Am I missing something or what?

Military personnel are not allowed to carry personal weapons while on base.This shooting took place at a recruitment center which was located in a strip mall but the rule still applies.

Remember the Fort Hood shooting a few short years ago?......the top brass sure must have forgot.
There was another location involved where a police officer was shot in the leg.
