Any Bonsai tree Keepers?

Is there a tree that is better INdoor?
There are plenty of indoor trees. Just browse your local Home Depot or Lowes to get an idea on what indoor tree you like. Obviously, they keep those indoor trees inside the store, and not out in the opening garden...

lol, aha! Good tip. They're probably kept near or with house plants.

Hahahaha, experts...
I still have a book that I purchased years ago when I wanted to get into the hobby and the two links that Kid posted are very informative. They can certainly get you on your way.

Is patho worth anything?

Can't teach you exposed root technique but here's a good example of explode root. Chinese elm.elm1.jpg

I'm bad at caring for my bonsai but early training makes a big difference. The trunk needs to be shaped while young. Otherwise, its near impossible to change as time pass.
I cheated and bought mine bare root but pre-trained. It came in as a 3/4" twisted stick about 12" tall. I believe they were imported. After 15 years, the trunk is 3" in diameter.
