Just flipped through the first 10 pages...can honestly say I haven't watched any of this stuff. The most classic I get is baywatch and flipper and lassie and mattock. I haven't watched any of those as an adult. Couldn't pay me to skip modern TV to watch old stuff
Wrong on both counts!!! Benny Hill was after "Its 11 PM... Do you know where your children are?"Omg Elvira!!!BULLSEYE!!!!!!! I'd stay up to watch her, even though I didn't think she was funny or really cared for the show itself. I still have it bad for her!! I'm totally thinking of having her as my theme for my mancave!!
Yeah, I know exactly where we were!!! Watching Benny Hill for the momentary glimpses of fully exposed breasts on late night (no censoship) British Tom Foolery.
Top that for most cleavage other than a very few National Geographics documentaries or the total fiasco of the airing of the documentary titled "CALIGULA" , and our English teacher made it required viewing for homework and review in class the following day... Needless to say, we didn't have a class review... but us nineth graders couldn't stop talking about it for a while.
There's nothing modern about modern TV except the blatant disregard for modesty. Its just like the music... You play an eighties or seventies big hit and some would be intellectual youngster thinks the original artist stole it from one of their icons and remixed it.
