I dont remember the pump specs off hand but we have 2 large bead filters plumbed through the bottom and an 10ft sump full of various chemical filtration as well as micron socks and sponges. Cost I'm not really at liberty to discuss as there are many variables when it comes to our custom installations...but you can get a custom quote if you'd like at www.aquariumdesigngroup.com :)
 
1) like everyone said, this is a KILLER SETUP. AMAZINGGGG TANK. Those severs are huge. And I love those lima shovelnose! Nice Aro ;) Nice oscars!
2) Water changes must take forever. Or does the utilization of sumps make it easier?

The tank receives weekly maintenance. There's a 4" drain pipe plumbed into the filtration system so it can be drained pretty quickly. Filling it back up only takes about an hr.
