Anyone have large dead fish for donation to University students?

I don't feel that weird because you have a purpose. What's the purpose for dead fish?
I can't speak for others but I have done it with fish that looked impressive enough that I wanted to have preserved somehow.I have done it before and had a fish taxidermied but I will probably never do it again.

I usually freeze fish when I need to provide evidence that the fish died for the two week gaurentee or if its negative thirty with a foot of snow on the ground. Sadly they usually end up on the bottom of the pile after a while and I forget them until I really don't like any of the options digging through the freezer.

I have a 14'' Tigriunus catfish and a 9'' Marble motoro stingray in my freezer

Why don't you do it yourself with baking soda?

I have heard of that but never thought to try it myself....farthest I have gone was to let bugs eat away the flesh so I could keep the skeleton.

It's been done quite often in my piranha section over the year. This is the one I like the best
