I would check your heater. With the fish ping ponging off of the aquarium sounds like it may be a short somewhere.
 
I was going to also mention whirling disease but it mainly only effects coldwater fish or so I read.
 
Zero nitrates is usually indicative of problems with your test kit. It may only be the nitrate test. What kit are you using?
That being said I would lean towards stray voltage as well but aren't your casualties from different tanks?
 
Multi meter. One prong I'm the ground of any empty outlet and one prong in the water.

It is an API Master Test kit. Anything below 20ppm is safe for your aquarium as you can't really get less than that. And such a result will not show up in the tests.

The water is not the issue here. It has been tested multiple times and not just by me.

I have just lost another angel fish, in my main tank. He was not transfered from another tank like the others.

REALLY getting tired of this.
