Hello,
sinze i am thinking about getting a Bagarius Yarelli, id like to know how big they really get in an aquarium and if they can be considered fast or slow growing species.
For example a red tail catfish might not reach the same record sizes as the goonch, but we all know they grow so damn fast, that you need to upgrade the tank really often.
But how about the goonch? Some species seem to rather small in terms of the final size, but of course we all know of those monster yarelli which have been measured to weigh ober 200lbs.
But if i get a 10" goonch, how long until it reaches 40"? How long until it reaches 60"? And is it even realistic, to say, that most yarelli reach something like 60"?
Greetings
