yea they are highschool I believe. from what I read the bully is getting charged with misdemeanor or something and the kid who punched the bully isn't getting in trouble but was kicked off the football team due to their zero tolerance policy

the blind kid is apparently only partially blind. the bully claims he didn't know the kid was blind and claims the blind kid started it. the two have a history of animosity. if they knew eachother i'm not sure if he is telling the truth about not knowing about the sight impairment
