I have a 10 gallon tank and was wondering if it would be big enough to keep some pea puffers in. and also if you can keep other fish with pea puffers. and what do pea puffers eat

hi mate, I have had no luck with keeping these is small numbers, i'm currently setting up a 30g for a group to see if this works better. I only say this because everywhere i have read says they do better in groups.
as a side note i have found with all my dwarf puffers that they do better with small dither fish in with them, this is just my findings but they can be a pain to get feeding when alone but seem to do better with others. by small dither fish i keep things like barbs in with all mine even my figure 8 has a couple of cherry barbs i breed in with him and that is brackish and they doing really well (over 4 months now). avoid slow moving fish and ones with long fins.

tank size is your restricting factor though.

worth getting some java moss going and planting the tank out as well.

In a 10G you can realistically keep 2 females + 1 male, just make sure its planted or has a lot of cover to break up lines of sight and cut down aggression...

You can also maybe throw in 2 or 3 ottos and maybe a fee Cherry Red Shrimp... Although the shrimp is more of a gamble...

As a side note, getting 2 or more males together will most likely result in a fight to the death in a 10G...
