Let the new project begin

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Nice looking tank look forward to seeing it setup , the stand looks well built too it'll be much stronger than chipboard ones.
What's your stock plans ?

Thanks guys. Tank is 5'x2'x2' 150 gallons with a 40 gallon sump. Stock will be 6 clown loaches, 5 African tiger scats, and 5 filament barbs. It's replacing my current 4'x2'x2' 120 gallon. My fish already need more than the 120. Don't have a lot of space in the room the tank is in, but figured I could squeeze another foot out of it haha

Hahaha, thanks! Will probably be a few weeks before it's set up in the house. Between getting the tank and stand ready, and some other house projects going on, it'll take some time.

I know what you mean....especially around the holidays. Well, we MFK'ers are always anxious to see a new set up! I love getting new tanks.....which reminds me....haven't had one in a while.....

Well not a ton of progress, but have some new goodies come in the mail. Painted the back of the tank with plasti dip, and just put first coat of stain on the stand.
