Only one easy way to find out. Get a female parrot.

It's in a tank filled with parrots but I don't know about the parrots either

Mannnnnnn the female parrots stay horny!!!
The tube comes down nice and big on the parrot. Whichever the flowerhorn spends the most time around would be a good indicator.

Well it really doesn't hang with any of them actually it just fight once in a while. There are 6 parrots a Midas cichlid(female) Jack Dempsey(female) and flowerhorn(female?) so I don't think there is a male unless it's a parrot which is infertile
