Yes sure. But the kok has not popped yet. :(
It's all genetics you can feed your Flowerhorn the best foods but sometimes won't do anything. If it doesn't have the kok gene it won't do anything. For example a female I used to have like 6 years ago I always wondered why she never popped a big kok even though I fed her the best foods. I researched and it's genetics. It's like the human race with tallness. You can feed a child all you want and do what's best for them but in reality might not get that tall. Genetics plays a huge role with flowerhorns and not all the fry from lets say a huge kok dad and mom will have that gene displayed.

A female parrot cichlid and a male Flowerhorn can have kids. Some will be Kirin parrots, short bodies, and normal. It's the genes they carry.

I've received this flowerhorn from a friend. But it's been hard for me to actually determine what kind of FH it is. I thought it was a red magma. But i am not too sure about it.

It would be beneficial if you were able to see the lips of the fish. Also, there is no flower. It has a flower line, but no flower, or kok. I'm leaning towards it being a female. And don't believe it's a Red Magma. Regardless of what it is, it's a beautiful fish!
