Hey guys I think I'm making this more complicated than it needs to be, but I can not get my spray bar set right. The filter is up and running now, and it works perfectly.

I'm thinking I need either longer suction cups, or I did something completely wrong. It's close to the glass at the end, but the end with the elbow sticks out quite a bit and it drives me crazy. I attached photos to try and get you guys to see what I may could do or what I did wrong.

I'll admit I was a little impatient and didn't blow dry or run hot water through the hose to get it not so tight. It may help some once it becomes not so stiff.

Thanks

Instead of the part that comes over the top being straight over the edge, angle it to one side... instead of --|-- make it --/--
this will bring the elbow closer to the tank bot on the outside and inside. You may need to do some twisting if the tubing is in the fitting tight as it should be.
.....or.....
remove the second 90 and just have the one...turn it parallel to the tank wall and install the spraybar

Yeah just remove the second 90° fitting
