I have a Red devil hybrid that's been visibly pregnant for about 3 weeks now. She is getting very large. Any opinions on when I should be worried and or what I should do?

You mean gravid? Like she's carrying eggs? You could breed her or not. She will probably resorb the eggs eventually.
I have seen a few female individuals get extra distended when they're gravid due to fluid retention. Breeding the female koi totally fixed it.

festaedan dan You are right no guarantee she is ready to lay eggs. Matter of fact I have had fish lay eggs without a male.
On a side note, I did have a pair of lesbian kribensis. One was clearly dominant and defended the territory, while the smaller one laid the (unfertilized) eggs. I am certain they were both females because in addition to their coloration, the more dominant female was actually the mother of the egg-laying female! I called some of my other biologist friends to come witness it to make sure I wasn't crazy!
Yeah I have seen an egg tube come out several times but no eggs and she is still distended. I've treated w/ epsom salt and there has been no change. She hasn't gotten any bigger and there's been no change in behavior either. I'll work on some pics
My red devil I could never tell is pregnant but she laid with a male every month for 1.5 years until he murdered his wife.
