for predators I would do Hujeta gars and fully plant it

Jellyfish or seahorses maybe a small octopus. But I definitely wouldnt stick a gar in their, that's like trying to stick the rectangle block down the square slot

if you like goldies I would do a black moor and some fantails. Actually goldfish look pretty cool when they get monster size and fancies would look great in that tank and get huge

look at hujeta gar or rocket gars. They reach 9" on a good life span and are not crazy active. mostly just chill in plants until feeding time

For me that's not a big enough footprint for a gar.

It's a fake gar or a characin. I guess that's your preference though. I would still put a few hujetas in there. Maybe some marble gars as well

looking at the tank, glass seem thin to any one else? like it was a terrarium and not a fish tank?
