My allegiance is to HBH foods. After I made the switch I was blown away how readily my fish took to it and ate it and color wise they looked awesome.

The OP wasn't asking about HBH products, but seeing as how you brought it up, most HBH food products are what I would personally consider a middle of the road food, at best. The company actually closed their doors in 2013 (what does that tell you?), and the company that bought their name dropped a lot of the HBH product line. http://www.piscespros.com/

Things sure don't look like they used to, and in Canada they only have Petland down as a supplier?

Hey, not really. HBH is not a terrible food by any stretch, but they were never at the top of the food game, which I assume is why they were forced to close their doors and sell their remaining stock in 2013. Those that are happy customers better get used to referring to them as Pisces Pros.

These food discussions go down the drain quick. There's so many great reads on food its ridiculous. Do a little research and make an educated decision on what brand to use.

What's really ridiculous ..... is the question by the OP was pretty specific, had one bothered to read it. They weren't asking about what brand to use, they were asking specifically about the garlic content in NLS TherA formula, vs simply feeding the NLS cichlid formula. This was an NLS question, period. If you don't use this brand, and/or these formulas, and don't have any knowledge to add, hit the back button.
