Problem resolved. Seller contacted me this morning and he had no problem with me going to his fish farm and exchanging the fish for one of my choice. This new fish was vented by me so I know he is a male. He has a taller body, blockier head and no dorsal spot. I will post pictures once i have acclimated him to the tank and he has gotten comfortable. Thank you to all of you that left feed back and helped me with this issue.
Thats awesome! If I went to a fish farm my wallet would be empty and I would be overstocked...Well that happened to me a few weeks back but not at a farm lol

Nice looks male! Don't worry his kok won't be big but it's most probably a male. It has poor kok gene but it's still very nice. Not every male needs a kok lol
