Geo. Red Head Tapajos Pair with Bushynose Plecos

Has anyone had issues with Geo's (specifically sp Red Head Tapajos) not doing a good job protecting eggs from Bushy Nose Plecos? I just received a large pair, and they are now guarding a large rock from a pair of Angels in the tank, but they seem to pay no attention to the 4 bushy nose plecos running around my tank (90g).

If they lay eggs, will the BNP eat them? Experiences anyone?
