Definitely one of the better episodes all time, full of action and suspense.
Alot of it was comic related

The way Sam and Jesse went down was the same...also with Jesse holding on to Carl also happened in the comics and Rick having to take out Jesse to free Carl. The leader was the one who shot Carl though(as he was being swarmed by walkers).
The encounter with Negan's men was a little different as Rick was there and they shot them (but took them out none the less). A little twist there with rocket launcher. Also they didn't set the pond on fire either.

How was he able to be shot in the eye and survive with the medical supplies/service they had?
Edit-I forgot to mention that I feel that yet another plot hole was created with the "sea of fire" scene. If the walkers are that readily attracted to that amount of fire (im guessing the light/sound) with a meal literally feet in front of them, these things as a whole would be quite easy to take down. But thats just my opinion, doesnt ruin anything
