Is this blood parrot fully blood parrot or is it different?

This blood parrot I noticed has weird eyes, narrower body, and some other things that make it look off. It could be deformed like some hybrids because my normal bp are stocky and chubby

When blood parrots are bred you will get many shapes. They can't breed true because males are infertile. Looks like a lot of red devil in that fish
