Those are nice Labiatus with nice pointed mouths. When I see them with somewhat round mouths I really do not want any parts of them and Vice versa for the Midas. You have some very nice ones there.

Nice female with strong colour. My WC rapps males seem to have faded, also lips have shrunken down.
Its very much the change of feeding behaviour that's changed the lips. I've just installed this Larva rock substraight so maybe that'll increase the lips on mine. 
Yes that will help, large sharp laver rock and sinking food, make them dig for it. This F1 Lab has grown quite a bit (about 4 inches long now) but still no sign of morphing...
Growing well but still no signs of "morphing" I think the Labs take longer to change color that Midas Cichlids...
Awesome looking fish. Makes me miss my Devil. As far as sexing, I'd guess your new one is a male. Just a guess. Nice import buddy, you've got some beauties.
