Dorados are solitary in the wild from my understanding though they probably do shoal for safety when small as most small fish do. So yours are probably just showing some of that nature.

I did think of dithers and am looking to get some salmostoma horai and some barilius Ardens as dithers, they look like they have enough space in a 4*2*1.5

I was not intending on keeping all to maturity. I will be selling off 3 or 4 when they are a little bigger. and keep 1 or 2.
