Only the ones that are on the ground. They don't have our stealth bomber technology.
Not that the general public knows about....I suppose.
.......but its made public that they have recovered drones and Blackhawk helicopters....then there are the weapons cache that are just plain gone missing

Its one thing to recover the technology, and a totally different thing to be able to replicate and make use of it.

Case in point: the FBI trying to crack the Iphone

I have not heard of drones and Blackhawks having been captured, only shot down and destroyed but if that is true then efforts should be made to recover the helo or destroy it remotely.....imagine that;ISIS goons flying around in a Blackhawk.

There's no way ISIS is technologically sophisticated enough to get a Blackhawk flying. Everything is so computerized on those things nowadays, there's no way they can hack the software to fly it.

Not the nomads who run around in the caves in the desert but ISIS is huge with the backing of some countries with militaries over there. With the resources that they have at their disposal it would be a matter of time before they get it figured out.

are drones considered robots? just asking.

..........then afterwards, they can help the FBI hack a simple Iphone

I don't know what constitutes a "robot", but I would classify drones as robots since they can be programmed to navigate on their own without a human controller.

true, to classify them as such does broaden the definition,
