Ever toss some ghost shrimp in there to watch him hunt? He'd probably go nuts for food that tries to get away, and it might make for a very nice show.

Thanks jaws. I'd say it's a good 7" head to tail. I think it's averaging about 1"/month. Yeah with the peninsula tank basically are limited to putting the overflow and returns on the end against the wall. Else, the plumbing gets in the way and defeats the peninsula idea. I suppose technically the "side" just becomes the back of the tank.

Oh, I got your video...LOL...it's not great and only of krill though. I just froze some crickets, i should of kept some alive for action seen.

Just some updates on the Lei growth for anyone interested...pictures aren't great but gives you an idea on how he's coming along. Still haven't been able to get a nice video of feeding yet though...

Thanks. I'm not certain, but using reference points in the tank I'd say at least 10.5". Personality wise, he swims down lower and hangs out with my two BP...LOL. I have one BP that is aggressive and bumps him from time to time. He just ignores that...but I do see him showing some aggression too...but never physical contact, yet...
