My tanks, albeit smaller than yours, took an average of 6 weeks to complete using Ace ammonia.

ive had tanks cycle anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on if they got seeded or not

so my tank has finally cycled after using seachems stability. 0 ammonia after <12 hrs 0 nititrites and nitrAtes are through the roof and i still have 2 more doses of stability... do i think that stability is some magic potion that cycles your tank no not really, do i believe that it sped up the process... most likely.. either way i would use it again but would not solely rely on using it nor would i use it with fish in the tank. Time and patience is the key, which apparently i do not have.. lol. all in all i think stability is beneficial but would not rely on it alone to cycle a tank. just my thoughts
