I do a lot of water changes on my aquarium. My Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, etc.. all read fine. I was wondering if there is a such thing as too many water changes. I was also wondering if I am at all hurting my fish. They all seem fine, and my water looks better than it ever did after I stuck to this schedule, although I'm not an expert about this.
Anyways, here's my wc schedule:

Sunday - %40(4pm)
Monday - %7.5(7am) - %30(6pm)
Tuesday - %7.5(7am) - %30(6pm)
Wednesday - %7.5(7am) - %30(6pm)
Thursday - %7.5(7am) - %30(6pm)
Friday - %7.5(7am) - %30(6pm)
Saturday - %40(1pm)

No, there's really no such thing as too many water changes. You just have to be consistent with it though. Some systems, like flow through systems, continuously pump in fresh treated water constantly. Frequent water changes are very beneficial because it makes it so organic fish by products can never accumulate to dangerous levels. The only down side is frequent water changes can become expensive because of all the chemicals you'll use to treat the new water. But if that's not an issue, keep doing your water changes!

I have just under a gallon of API water conditioner. I'm in no shortage.

You can't change to much water, as long as the water you are adding has the chlorine removed, and the water conditions of the water coming out of the tap are correct for the fish you are keeping.
