Endli shaking off slime coat

Awesome one Awesome one , please dont take this wrong, it is just an observation from the photo. The ornate looks a bit thin, is it getting enough food? Ive seen pics of the endli and it has a nice thick robust look about it.... I deal with upper feeders that can make it next to impossible to get food down to the poly's, thats why I ask.

Only got her and the jag this week. They were destined to go back to the LFS so my tank for a week was by far the lesser of two evils. Was seriously hungry the first day, trying to eat anything moving. Seems more selective now so it's not starving 20160512_171857.jpg
 
I agree with the others that it's tied stress. I've no personal experience with my bichirs shedding slime coat. But have had other more sensitive species of fish do so under stress.
