Hey Sand, how high do u have the water? I have an aro that roughly swims 1-2 inches below the surface. I no u told me the window is 20" high. Im thinkin 22" high water for my tank? BTW customer service does suck, I didnt even get a confirmation email

Yea it's very ****ty I had to call both times to get a confirmation email for each tank ......I have mine at 20 inches since my tank is on the second floor to cut back on a little weight and bc the characins like to dart to the surface....I would go 21-22 if I were you.....the top of the window sits at 19-20 inches

You should get a call....depends on ur area.....my 270 came fed ex freight ....the 600 came ABF
Looks like mine is fedex as well. But damn the shipping weight is 407 lbs? I thought this thing was suppose to be light. ETA Wednesday, damn is that quick
It's crated...the wood from it can be heavy....the 270 is around 200-225lbs

Update......vatf is about 10.5 inches now ......juruense has also grown about 3-3.5 inches in 2 months hes about 9.5 inches or so and tats are around 9 inches
Damn do I want sand in my tank. The juruense looks depress AF lol.
