Really is a shame. Why dont zoo's move away from the open enclosures to he ones will glass windows. Safer for the animals and people. Plus you actually can see them close up.

Really is a shame. Why dont zoo's move away from the open enclosures to he ones will glass windows. Safer for the animals and people. Plus you actually can see them close up.
They should have really thrown the mother into the enclosure and when the gorilla went after her they could have saved the kid.
I get that mistakes happen but come on...that kid did not set a world land speed record getting into that enclosure...that woman was probably on her cell phone or something ridiculous and lost track of her child.

Same stupid thing happened here in Pittsburgh...mom dropped her freakin' kid over the railing of a wild dog enclosure and the wild dogs did what wild dogs do...attacked an easy meal. Zoo officials killed all 12 dogs...for what? Being wild animals? Makes me sick...those animals didn't get out and go on a killing spree...that mother killed her kid...and nature suffered.

Your probably right about the cell phone thing. I hate to judge this situation because i really dont knw all the facts.
Seems like i stand corrected about the mother. Wife said she read something stating that the mother was messing around with her cell phone while the kid climbed the fence and fell in.....smh

I heard something about that as well...also,some of the comments by BLM people are just downright loony.
Not sure but some of those idiots were posting hot and heavy on social media about why they thought the gorilla was killed.
