After seeing that video of a gator climbing that fence, they would seem like very hard to keep out

I was thinking about that too.Another type of fencing would definitely be needed.

Maybe a hot wire would do it, granted I have zero experience with keeping gators out. My friend farms compost worms on a huge scale and runs a electric wire on edge of worm bins to keep them in, thought that was kind of funny, imaging worms getting zapped

I've been in south FL my whole life. I have a healthy respect for gators. My backyard is fenced, but we keep a good eye out as well. I'm excited as well to see some big fish in the next few years! I see lots of bait fish, but want a healthy supply of bream/bluegill as well. Does anyone know where I can buy 100+ lots?
