Just set up this 220g central American tank. Focal fish will be the vieja argentea.

I like it. I think Wetspot has astyanax mexicanus in stock. Jeff Rapps gets some rhamdia catfish from time to time. Looking forward to seeing pics.

I will be adding a group of salvini, thorichtys pasiones, large school of green sword tails, and probably one other trio of cichlid.

They will certainly eat the swordtails.

4 Vieja argentea (will end up keeping 2 after they grow out)
8 thorichthys meek

2 Paraneetroplus heterospila (may replace the argentea when they get to large)
