I'd also recommend Grass or Redfin Pickerel for a pond. I'd never do Musky in a pond that small. You MIGHT get away with Northerns but my bet is they'd be small/somewhat stunted and not very comfortable.

Highly unlikely that a northern will last longer in that size. They'll committed suicide before they could settle down.
While I agree any of the Pickerel species would be a afar better choice, the hybrids are almost always hardier than either a pure-strain Pike or Musky. Such is the case with any hybrid and part of the reason Flowerhorns can flourish where other fish of similar species would perish. Wipers are popular for private bass ponds also for this reason whereas pure Stripers would need much more space, forage fish, depth, etc. White bass might do ok, but the hybrid is almost always more likely to survive
Not really. Wipers got white bass' hardiness but wiper didn't have a cold tolerant like white bass does which that's why there is no wiper stockings in northern regions and I don't see any difference in the hardiness between wipers and white bass. Tiger musky appeared to be have a strong preference for cool temperatures than the pure muskies but the tigers are very short lived fish unlike their parental species which that's why you almost never seen tiger musky get big as pure musky or a Canadian northern pike
