I'm starting to have second thoughts on this one.
The first pic of the juvenile looks male to me.
The later pic of it looks more and more like a colourful female.
I can't quite decide. Can you show us some more pics at other angles?I would like another look at this fish.

The 2 females haven't grown much. The male has had the biggest transformation. Getting bolder too. Instead hanging back at feeding time he's right up there with the others.
I can take another pic. It's tricky to get a good pic of any fish in this tank b/c they swarm right in front of whomever stands by the tank.

When this one was younger my doubts on him being a male was due to the orange lining on his tail wasn't as "spectacular" as others have posted.

This is best I could get...they are constantly on the move...I included pics of the other 2...
First 3 are of the male.

Still thinking male but willing to be wrong! The things that stand out to me- Overall coloration, thickness and color of the band on the caudal fin, slope of the head.

I think it's a dominant female after seeing these photos. It's a hard one to call but I do see more female than male traits.
Some females will out shine others when they are kept together.

The fish above are all females. They do tend to look a bit like males until you compare them to an actual male.
You can see a real difference.

The female below is developing a white dorsal edge. This comes with maturity and is another aid to sex the fish.

Hmmmm....the "male" generally stays on opposite side of tank. Doesn't mingle with the other 2 GTs. Would this be behavior of dominant female?
We'll keep an open mind on the sex of this GT.

That is quite unusual for a male he will normally be following a female around and pestering her for some action.Females tend to squabble with each other a bit from time to time.
I have noticed your fish in question is showing her ovipositor, she may be looking for sanctuary so she has somewhere quiet to lay eggs should a male swim by.
Of course I could be completely wrong but these are my suspicions.
