Are convicts normally this colourful?

yes, I have 2 females like this. Very colorful, I thought mine were special, but apparently it's common

well, I could but I just realized why all my pics are blurry, and I think it's cuz my lighting in that tank SUCKS

A large torch at either end will fix that. :D at least while you're taking pics. :)

Try adjusting shutter speed, I have some oddball convicts im growing out and will try to post shortly.
 
Only a few weeks ago on this site, been breeding commercially about 10yrs.

Lol they were donated in at a LFS. I've seen them small at my lfs but I didn't have the patience nor did any look like this one. I had a male with a large kok that looked exactly like this 5-6 years ago.
