Guys, this seems silly.... but have you kept these guys with smaller tetras like cardinals? What are the success rate as in the disk characins not munching on the cardinals?

My blackberry silver dollars that are about 5" in diameter eat small size feeder goldfish and munch on leftover detritus all day. They are much smaller than normal silver dollars and already display the fact that they eat small fish. I wouldn't trust it if I were you.

I see... what are the minimum size tank can you keep blackberry sds, red hooks and maybe wide and thin bar schomburkii?

I had mine in a 220g full of predatory fish. Bigger is always better. I'm overdue for an upgrade though I doubt I'd keep my blackberries with monster fish again. Lol

They don't grow big enough when the monster fish get to mature sizes. It's like snack size for them when they only grow to 6-7" diameter.
I heard they can get as big as wide bars, but I've also heard they don't lol.
